    C'mon mate l, this is a bit harsh of you. You don't know this person from a bar of soap and you are going to say that her CV underwhelms you and you wouldn't give her the time of day at the interview process. Pretty rough fella! So what, she worked at flight centre and the council previously, you don't think there are challenges and learnings to be had in either of those roles? Also, don't know if you are aware but careers are not a linea thing. You don't just start being a boss and stay a boss your whole work life! You grow and learn and upgrade your skills to gain new more challenging positions that put you out of your comfort zone. It's how we all learn and get better, mate! It's called career progression! And another thing. Startups like ours (remember we are still a Startup with bugger all cash) don't go for the high flying, most experienced and most expensive staff because if we did we would be out of pocket in no time and would give you something else to complain about. Did you interview this woman? Who's to say in the process she didn't show the most hunger and enthusiasm for the role because that's what start ups like ours need!
    Sorry to jump on you for this but I'm not a fan of hearing someone put another person down and state they are unworthy of a roll when in actual fact you you have zero idea whether they are worthy. I'll call bull whenever I see or hear it!
    As for whether her comment was a mistake or a slip of the tongue, jurry is out on that... We wait!
