Anyone have any thoughts about the pricing of this if it is as successful as we are all hoping? The treatment costs for use with aGVHD is $200-$300,000. It seems beyond hope that the market would pay this much for CV treatment. Admittedly there would be some huge economies of scale savings to be had with the expanded product uses but would it mean the pricing for aGVHD would be reduced significantly? If not, how would you prevent use of Rem-L bought at a lower price for CV treatment being used for aGVHD or is it that you need a much lower or less frequent dosage for CV treatment?
