I have been here for over 11 years and yes I have been frustrated and not happy with management!!! But saying that they have built a company that is making money and pulling gold out of the ground ,all this doesn’t happen over night but it has happened now. You must be in the black by now if you averaged down. I’ve nearly got a smile on my face and are happy with management ATM.
