Firstly, I'm not American!
Secondly and more importantly you have not taken my feedback on and reacted exactly as you'd expect someone who can't take feedback to react, which is to say, claim the giver of feedback must be the one who is wrong. I'm simply saying that you don't know her and you didn't interview this person did you?! So in actual fact you don't know if they are fit for the position or not! Whether her previous positions were held in the health sector previously are not the most important aspect for her position as quality manager. It's a mostly soft skills based position and those skills transfer from almost all industries. She is not building our products.
Im sorry if you took my criticism too seriously but we just need to look at discontent with Nathan Buzza and the rally behind that to see him removed from the board to realise that there is some power on here and I'd hate to see undue resentment against a staffer who may not deserve it.
As for the post itself, having previous experience in sales and marketing (including social media) I can say that many folks actually have no clue how powerful it an be (just look at the celebrities and politicians that have been undone by an off the cuff tweet etc) I think it's pretty unfair for her to be judged and called out by shareholders for such a small slip up. We live and learn.
If you think a company being ASX listed means it must be operating an an impeccable standard then I invite you to spend more time investing here.
