I'm on the fence here. At this stage convincing someone to invest is potentially a positive. The amount doesn't dilute much either.

Alternatively it may well just be a bargain hunter. If all goes t**s up and nothing comes of the mine you won't realise much less than 0.8 cent a share in a fire sale. It's a 2 bed apartment in inner Sydney. Worth a punt and keeps the cash burn at bay. Doesn't necessarily mean anything much more than that atm.

Optimism would lead one to hope this means we're progressing talks with European car manufacturers. Been here before though.....
