Growing disquiet on Xero user groups about Xero's lack of financial support to customers as a result of covid19.
Quickbooks, MYOB and other competitors having great success offering discounts for new customers and reduced fees for covid-19 impacted current users.
XRO not making an announcement about forward projections suggests that these people cancelling/switching are not material, maybe, maybe not.
Lots of users are stuck with xero until end of Financial year, but i'd anticipate to see more SME and non-accounting practice clients jump once financial accounts are completed
