The judge concerned with the klieman/wright case has stated that it is not a matter for the court whether CSW is in fact Satoshi Nakamoto what is a matter to the court is which coins wright has access to as a result of jointly mining with Klieman. Wright has claimed to be nakamoto as such he should have access to nakamotos wallet.Of interest to the court is whether klieman and wright mined the coins in that wallet together more generally the court is interested in the lollowing 1.whether Kleiman and wright jointly mined coins 2. whether those coins are held in the tulip trust or anywhere else by wright 3. Whether the klieman estate has a claim against those coins
Wright has produced a list of addresses, 16,404 of them, that he claims he has access to or should have access to if the key was available .
