Hmmm, any thoughts?
Seems like it's one of the directors executing their options. Which is odd, since they have until 2023 to execute. One of two possibilities:
1. They think here is a good time to get stock so they can sell at this price
2. They think it's a good time to hold stock so they can sell 60K shares at a higher price post announcement of their Phase 2 result this quarter.
