The raise would if not meant to pay for new samples pay a couple of years of bennies overall salary package...
all the company that this has been placed with has to do is excite the retailers and churn the placed shares between 1c and .8c over the coming weeks effectively putting a lid on any price higher and make a good profit and then if by some freak of nature the oppies get up it's a free bet...
another sad day let the bull spin it another way...
