Was just thinking... David Williams has been buying big parcels of PNV but hasn't bought any MVP even when it was at a compelling price at its recent lows.
Could mean a couple of things;
1. No money left after throwing it all into PNV
2. Sees better value in PNV or
3. There is a deal in works and he is not allowed to buy any stock.
With the recent rise and volume it could easily be number 3 !
