The debt facility is not there to keep the Company afloat that's just asking for trouble and I'm sure the facility will have some constraints on it.
If RVR is making a loss on production, as I suspect it is, then it will have to strengthen its balance sheet not put debt on the books.
When a Company is running at a loss or close to it and cash is getting low, then you are only one breakdown or mining issue away from being in a very bad situation , especially if you are carrying debt.
If they want to get Hillgrove up and running and keep mining at Thalanga then there re not a lot of options other than a CR or a JV IMO.
Anyway let's see what the Company does but this virus has changed the situation for many Companies , we are not in normal times unfortunately.
