I would've thought they would mine OP for a year @ least prior to introducing the UG ore. Was sure that was the plan or thereabouts? Incorporate UG ore with OP ore in the few years after that. Admit right now, I haven't been over the actual Mining Plan, laying out fundamentals since they first released the info so, could be way off & apologise if I am. Just think it bazaar they are ripping out UG ore @ the outset? As @jessejames states above, so close to first Pour. They've barely past commissioning stage for Pete's sake! Bazaar....
