    seems to be some confusion about the place
    1, AGU has already stated it will proceed with the balance (68%) of the Amitan vend--22/sept/08
    2.the election of Directors will be done by AGM and not EGM--friday,s anncmt for the 25/nov/08 10..am
    3.GPN and YRR have not put out AGM notice yet,but looks like they will be somewhere between the 25 and 31 Nov--cheers
