Warnie, you are right. If Adelaide, Sydney and brisbane go up and Melbourne goes down, then why does everyone focus on the one that goes down? Because they only want to believe what they want to believe. I know the psychology, i've done that myself. 6% is not a big deal. If it is a big deal, then why isn't Sydney rise a big deal?
If interests come down another 2%, there will be a lot of happy investors out there. Some who bought a few years ago will end up being positively geared.
