Age doesn't make a difference. Why would it? I've been behind the scenes and no, it isn't 'work experience'. Secondly I wouldn't disclose such information and put myself in a potentially identifiable position by a former employer - that would be just silly.
You can invest in SWM and watch the share price tread down at your own peril. The graph is sloped one way - tells you enough. Otherwise go and speak to other ex-employees who worked operations and not in the back office, and you can gauge from there.
