I agree with your comments...

OKN's acquisition of Sydney based "Tier Technologies", a company almost equal in size, should soon begin to have an impact on the bottom line.

It appears that "Tier" were trapped in tech boom mode; I have heard stories of some of the gravy train antics of their staff...such as so called research trips (holidays) to London (with all the family included) booked up to "company credit cards"....and not just for the managers either!

Seems there was very little accountability at "Tier"...all of which has now changed.

I have always liked OKN...even though their shareprice hasn't done much, they have continued to pay good dividends when others were going belly up.
