I have no idea what you’re talking about.
DCN have fallen from $2 to 40c in a gold bull run. NCZ have fallen in the environment of historically low zinc prices. NCZ are holding it together and IMO will survive this and return to former glory. Long road but very much doable if zinc prices don’t collapse.
