    I think you mean overbought.

    But the fact is there has been a property bull run since 2000. No one can deny that. So the chances of selling in order to buy back cheaper in the future was slim to none.

    The chance of that happening now, if you sold in the last year or plan to sell in the next year, is a lot better. There's a lot more going against property now then there was in 2000.

    That doesn't mean it will happen, but it means there is a much greater chance of that happening now than anytime from 2000-2007.
