The listing rule has been clear since forever...that the ASX is a market operator and has that power. The listing rules cpuld not be clearer. To me ISX is arguing that the ASX should be rendered absolutely powerless. In a market where everything moves in split seconds, ISX's argument is an absolute travesty.
