    If the ASX have to go through a court process to investigate and suspend then it would mean that the ASX would be rendered powerless. It is a travesty and it would never make sense. Imagine police officers needing court orders to make simple arrests, move orders, issue fines, etc...it makes absolutely no sense EVER.
