The market has bounced back a long way - I'm surprise, I have been wrong in my posts above. I don't understand why, as there is huge unemployment in the US - this will impact Australia, plus Australia will have greater unemployment. Why does the IMF expect 2021 to be a record year, after predicting 2020 will be a record bad year.
This big bounce has occurred in the past, i.e. the big rebound the year after a record low year, however these are unique circumstances, as interest rates were already at record lows before the event, quantitative easing was already in full flow before the event in the US. Where will the stimulus/growth come from for 2021?
What am I missing?
Thanks
