I myself see this as a very positive. I see it as...Someone in Malaysia's new government is responding/replying to Lynas's business in Malaysia. And even though a work release order within five days would let Lynas jump the current April 28th MCO date by only a week it means 'scores across the board' in public awareness of the vitality of Lynas as a positive company to help their economy. It is clearly apparent that Reuters report also means someone in Malaysia knows Reuters new source as a good factual propaganda source and can help advance Malaysia efforts to go forward.
