We have some of the most highly paid and worst teachers in the world. Our standard of education is dropping like a stone. As much as I would like to cull a few thousand teachers out of the workforce, Scott Morrison is right, their chances of catching the virus is almost nil. But I am sure facts will not deter the teachers from hiding behind their computer screens and providing an even inferior service than usual. When the kids finally go back to school, I certainly will not be applauding the teachers social contribution to ending the pandemic.
