100% agree with your point Pheonix11 about right area and right geology. Red Mountain ticks all the boxes you want to increase probability of success as an exploration target i.e.
1) Right location - multiple 1m+ oz deposits surrounding Red Mountain and Flanagans:

2) Right Geology - Red Mountain looks to have formed from a volcanic event with host rocks, alteration and geochemical association similar to the nearby Mt Rawdon gold mine

3) Right Geochemistry - high grade rock chips (>2g/t Au + >100g/t Ag) and high grade soils (>2g/t Au), in addition to which there are trace elements giving support to a strong mineralised system.
4) Right Geophysics - strong changeability, either caused by sub surface disseminated sulphides or clay alteration zones

All adds up to a pretty exciting drilling campaign coming up.
