1: Australian Made logo doesn't mean 100% of the product is manufactured here... for example the plastic container of a Australian made shampoo bottle could come from China... yes the ingredients is Australian made, but the container comes from china...
2: if we expect China to keep buying our resources such as iron ore, which by the way keeps our economy going, shouldn't we support them for supporting us?.... how is it that we Aussies are crying no more China, yet without them we would be a 3rd world country..
3... I am not a fan of how our government have let the sale of our major assets fallen into foreign hands such as china...however it is we Australians that sold it in the first place... we have ourselves to blame as we are a greedy culture... money rules the mentality...
I think what many fail to realize in this horrific time is that we still need China... without China we would be a 3rd world country in no time at all... our country survives mostly on our resources that are sold to the likes of China... at present we are all in hate of China, yet how would we be if China said "lets not buy anything from Australia, no more ships to get iron ore, we dont need their lithium mines etc etc"... Australia would fall to its knees.... its sad, but true

These are obstacles that we can overcome with changes to legislation. Stage one is to hold our politicians to account. It would be nice to focus on this first step. I'm sure the country won't turn into a third world without dependency on the Chinese slave labour market. These are all issues of management that can be overcome with the right approach.
In fact, this reads like a fear-mongering Murdoch style argument. We have a great geographic location with an abundance of resources. We can make plenty of food.
