The urw price is basicly determined in Europe. So check the European price overnight. Then divide by 20 to get to the Australian CDI split. Then divide by the exchange rate for the Euro, say .55 to .59 depending on the day, and you will generally get close to where urw is trading on the ASX. There may be local Australian factors, changes in the US, or late news, announcements etc. But generally thats how the price is determined
