Panopus Plc, a company of which Phillip Thomas is a director of, is disputing the ownership of 23,250,000 ADY shares against ANZ Nominees
There is a hearing scheduled for Friday the 17th of October.
I asked the very helpfull Maria.The above was her reply.
She also said ANZ asked to hold it (after another email to her on the 17th)over till the 14th Nov
as they had more paperwork to obtain.
I must admit I hope he gets all shares back and the ball
gets rolling.
