I gotta admit, I didnt really think about the exchange rate - but what a nice bonus in these tough times....thats in effect given NEU an extra few months liquidity for virtually nothing !
Really seems like NEU can afford to wait things out until a good deal (or results) come in - which is a great position for a Bio to be in IMO !!
