Agreed. Unlike other companies of this size WCN has the cash and the funding plus high quality prospects and major partners waiting in the wings.
Cant believe no one taking notice. Would probably only be about 10m shares or less of loose stock available. All it will take is a few buyers collectively with say $100k to $500k to take this to $0.20 or more.
