Anyone wanting to manipulate would if anything be currently buying, not selling. The pricing period hasn't begun. So selling would be completely pointless. The point of buying would be to get stock that you then dump during the pricing period.
So currently either the SP is where it should be, or it's HIGHER than it should be.
