An attractive discount at the moment. Indeed if we write down the value of their entire portfolio by 30% due to COVID-19 impacts (to $1.53) you can purchase shares at the moment at a 35% discount to that heavily discounted NTA. Plus they have over 20% in cash which will be very helpful in a distressed market, and the $1.53 included writing down across the board, not taking the cash into account.
