I guess your & mine definitions of steep discount differ. Something look at as well is their cash conversion hasn't always lined up so good in the past as they have been the past couple of quarters.
If you want absurdly cheap there have been steeper discounts available on GRR & MSV in the past month, both spit off cash like a central bank.
