Ipod - Great minds think alike. I brought another 600 AFGHA at $10 also.
My reasoning is this should pay a $5 per note interest payment on the 15/11/08. Hopefully it will announced this week or early next.
There is nothing in this announcement that indicates they won't pay. They even say they are keeping up the repayments of the loans it is just they arn't happy to sell assets so cheaply.
They still managed to pay the last interest payment in May in the middle of the fire storm over the debt refinancing. So hopefully they can this time as well.
50% yield in 3 weeks anualize that dudes :-)
