Mate. I suggest you read StefanF posts on APT. He can be condescending sometimes (god love him) but his analysis is terrific. What you miss just joining is that for the majority of us that have been here for 2+ years is that you are the 110th person that has come along with the “bad debts” argument but not researched how debts work for APT, nominated a low number it will get to with no analysis for why you chose that number and recommending that everyone sells. We’ve seen soo many come, make bold predictions and go. I’ll be typing this same thing to another dude in 2 months time except I’ll be changing the number from 110th person to 120th person.
