Overall, this is a positive step. It means the company’s plans in China are on track. Notwithstanding the first recorded negative GDP quarter in a long time, the IMF are forecasting 9.2% growth for China in 2021 (which is much higher than other countries).
After the EGM, I expect material contracts to be announced.
