Trading machines are programmed to pick out words from headlines and trade accordingly, and will always know the news first, hence the big spikes and then the question... what just happened ?. Sometimes they get it wrong, or it was fake news, so you get a big spike up or down, and then a reversal. Anyhow, I mentioned the Parabolic earlier so thought I would post a chart of what I was trying to say. As you can see, 'most' of the time, it changes first.
