    I think what's holding OSL price is the expectation of a CR in the short to medium term , BP reckons the raise will be in 2021 but that was in a March report before the CE approval , now OSL will push ahead and need the money before 2021 , once the CR is done ( which I hope to participate) the SP should take off.
