That's fair enough Gann but the relative strength and current correlation factors of the 5,7 and 10 year cycles are pretty pathetic at the moment. The 10 year has a good correlation but giving me a -ve relative strength ?!?
My view is that we are currenly experiencing an unsually pronounced long term cycle that is swamping the medium term cycles. Even the short term cycles have been overwhelmed over the last couple of weeks.
My short term cyclical indicator which was working quite well up to the end of Sept just zeroed out and since then has come back up but is not indicating any recognisable short term cycles at the moment.
