Tough call. One other I have been looking at is BNBG.
They all have risks. On the balance of things I think AHUG is probably the best option. I think it likely the sale will go through and, at a purchase price of around $26, you are looking at a 60% return to the end of Jan and then maybe some more with the deferred payment. But, then again, if the sale falls through it won't look too pretty.
