Theta Gold Mines Ltd is an Australian Securities Exchange listed company (ASX: TGM, TGMO) with a secondary listing on the US-based OTC Markets (OTCQB: TGMGF).

Unlike many other juniors, Theta controls an entire gold field, the Eastern Transvaal Gold Fields with over 6 million ounces of JORC(2012) Resources Au (between 0-400m from Earth surface) under management in South Africa, outside of the globally well-known Witwatersrand goldfield.

Theta plans to be in production from 2021, starting from the existing Theta Starter-pits. The company further plans to bring on 3 other mines into production within the initial 5 years, ramping up from the initial ~50Koz per annum to over 160Koz per annum.

Theta's very recent optimised feasibility study for the Theta Starter-pits indicated that the production cost for this mine will be less than 50% of today's gold price, with a capital expenditure much smaller than the company's current market capitalisation. At US$1500/oz gold price, the starter-pits expect to produce more than US$150m EBITDA over 6.5 years.

Theta is well-positioned to become the next mid-tier sustainable gold producer.
