diesel shortages in oil rich canada, page-4

Don't know FG. Just interesting that the oil market is completely ignoring the fact that there are fuel shortages in NW Canada and SE USA atm (where demand is supposedly being rationed by a continent accounting for 25% of daily world consumption?) as this continent heads into winter and its peak liquid fuel demand period.

I would have thought it would raise cause for concern and certainly interest out of commodity markets.
