I think Thesleepinggiant is spot on. This stock is one of the worst on the entire exchange. The writing has been on the wall since Paladio made the mistake of taking over Decmil, back in around 2007. The boom propelled it despite its problems. But now all the cross-eyed chickens have come home to roost.

As for a fair takeover price. Their most recent reports showed net cash of about -$20m and overheads of $30m pa. They even include a "going concern" warning from the accountants. I don't see anyone paying anything for them.
