I think you're guessing at price targets - when you say 'by all accounts', I don't think that's true.
The following factors will play a part, and they're contrary to the situation playing out as you claim:
- price of nickel, cobalt, scandium : these are not going anywhere soon
- availability of capital : much capital has fled the market, will get back in but with the right things
I don't see 1.9c - 2.0c. I think that's a convenient figure which happens to be double where we are now.
