Yes, Olderwiser there has been a reduction in the porosity for the Torok formation and as ever your comments re "moves us further away from commercial play" are true, though I feel 11% is in its self, not a disaster.
What I am drawn to in the update, and yes I am desperately like most on here looking for any signs of life/green shoots is the slight increase in porosity of the kuparuk formation (HRZ) to 13.8%, this puts it circa 40% higher than the Eagle Ford shale play. My understanding and it is very limited is this higher porosity helps aide grater possible retention of the light oil refractions, that is a wetter gas? impacting positively on extraction recoverable's.
