and what do you think when the estate agents come knocking on your door looking for props ???? looking for work ??? or not enuff quality props on the books for the buyers ??? yes had an inquiry today.... when rates go down props go up....that is the old trusted history guide....and vice versa..... so as interest rates have risen props have gone down....modestly in past 2 years in some places and big drops in other places....aka like you hit the lowest income earners with the biggest hikes...they had to fall over think sydney's west I have no ideas at the moment..due to the other big ELEPHANT in the room...credit crisis...yet to be resolved in any way btw that was not a bad result if listed at 520 and sold 510
