How the hell would you know what the rents are? And, BTW, whats in it for you? Why should you give a continental?
Surely if there are bidders for a property, there is demand for that property - even if the bids are 15% - 30% below the last "property valuation"? The measure must always be if the property is performing to business requirements, the income more than covers the outlays. If income is sufficient, then no sale is justified, remembering that interest rates are falling at the moment but rentals are not.
I am sure Centro will sell whatever it must to survive, but IMO, fire sale prices should not be entertained.
