I answered this for you already.
Firstly, it is .001 of a dollar, not a cent. It is .1 of a cent.
Secondly, at these prices, 0.1c is over 2.5% of the share price. That is a big change within a single day. You get a range of 2 or 3 of these within a day, and play it right (which I don't) and you can make a lot of money.
You might not like it, but that's how it is.
Now stop asking why.
