Using simple maths to divide 103 million shares by two I get 56.5 million shares. Taking the total shares in BRN of 1.45 billion odd a five percent holding needs to be about 72 million.
Using logic if the two sophisticated investors took half each of the 103 million they would not be required to disclose their identity as they would hold less than five percent each.
They will however make it into the top twenty holders and that list will come with the annual report to shareholders which should not be that far away.
