Strem - I agree that the local infrastructure has suffered in recent years, due to local council absorbing rates/taxes and not re-investing, but to me this development, highlights the fact that their is a need for something of substance in Terrigal.
Both projects have been discussed in local council for the past 5-10 years however with the recent (approx a year ago), however I doubt that the council will be able to afford any developments in the Marina considering they have lost approx 70m in international managed funds.
Coppertop - In the last year they have tried a new tactic of splitting traffic just out of Terrigal to allow people to arrive from two different directions - this will hopefully ease traffic conjection into Terrigal
I believe that this a huge opportunity for CNP to generate and exploit high rent from tenants, which will only benefit their bottom dollar IMO.
