AVZ might get to production, I'm not completely negative on their prospects at all - the belt and road initiative may see to it. China may need the area opened up for not only this deposit but other commodities including the timber of the region. Their demand for the later is insatiable. But 4.5 MTPA and $673 li price aren't going to be key features I wouldn't think.
Anyway - lets see if it gets support. Might allow holders to exit in the teens again all going well. That'd be a good result this year surely.
